Given that your network marketing business provides excellent products and payplan it seems astonishing to note that so often distributors who come into this industry fail to earn much money and lay the path to a solid financial future. The potential that this business system offers really is amazing when you consider the power of constructing a downline and having hundreds of people lower than you all eager to grow their business, in theory you should almost be able to take a back seat and watch the profits roll in.

I have had chance to speak with various mlm’ers over the last month or so, some have made money and others have not made a dime, I am of the belief that the most common reasons people are failing in this industry is due to inadequate training and support. It’s unfortunate that a lot of network marketing companies and sponsors simply have not taken the correct steps to get their new folks earning fast. Retention rates in this industry are around a shocking 15%! Lots of newbies say that they don’t recieve the help they need from their sponsors and coupled with the fact that most of the old school prospecting methods are not really pulling in the results they used to.

An essential principle to learn is that of attraction marketing, I learned from the master himself Mike Dillard and since implementing his way of thinking things have never been the same again… in any aspect of my life! If you have not yet already, check out his products and insist that your new recruits do also. Once you start marketing yourself if you get it right you will draw the right people to you and begin to create trust and understanding with them and done correctly they will be asking you to show them your business rather than you pushing it onto them.

If you want to practise attraction marketing then the internet is the ideal place to do this. One word of warning though, don’t be one of those amatuers who annoys everyone by putting links everywhere claiming ‘Best business ever, make $5,000 tonight, The best company since sliced bread’ etc…you know the sort of thing, my spam box is full of them. People will do business with people that they know and trust, therefore you are much better off marketing yourself and what you can propose to your prospects in the way of knowledge, training and products. Always present outstanding value!

To grab your prospects attention and trust you must offer them authentic value, do more than what others are doing and stick out from the marketing noise and put yourself in the position of authority and get the results that you deserve. Make sure that you have systems employed that will take care of much of the relationship building on auto-pilot, I mean things like auto responders and videos, emails you compose one time and then can be sent to hundreds of new prospects without you doing anything, videos you create only once and can be watched by by new people time and time again.

It pays to make sure your team is aware of these strategies so they can maximise their results and in turn benefit you. Attraction marketing wins the game, not spam marketing. By teaching these methods to your downline you will experience a far improved retention rate. There is much more I want to share with you, but I will need to write another article for that
